Pullman Miami Airport Hotel - Miami Springs

Good very good business hotel location just off park, shopping center and the nearby Dolphin Mall. A huge variety of food available in the bar.

We were impressed with the courteous and helpful staff. Our room was tasteful, spacious, and clean. The hotel facilities (dining room, bar, pool area, etc.) were excellent. There are a few restaurants located in a shopping plaza within walking distance of the hotel. We have no complaints about our stay at this hotel.

The women at the reception desk were helpful and efficient. Also, the cleaning service was friendly and thoughtful as extra towels and toiletries were delivered to the room promptly.

I was not too impressed with my dinner at the hotel restaurant. For such prices, I expected a better lamb shank. A regular, instead of a seasonal, breakfast buffet would be appreciated.

The Sofitel is listed as a "luxury hotel" however it is far from luxurious. The rooms are very dated with ripped furniture and a damp smell. There was also no free wireless internet.

I only stayed overnight as I was intransit for a flight. However it was wonderful to have a clean comfortable hotel to stay in that was close to the airport. I would have loved to stay a bit longer. Miami Sofitel will definitely be my chose of hotel in any future international travel through Miami.

Very good hotel. About 20 minutes drive from Miami south beach. Dolphin express way cost only 1$. Airport car rental return is 4-5 minutes away from Hotel. We really liked the design of the hotel. Internet Wireless and breakfeast is available but it's not free. Same level of hotel would cost twice the price in Miami south beach.

Internet connection cost about 4,95 $ for 1 day and 9,95$ for 7 days if I remember correctly.

Shuttle drivers were rude and unhelpful.

The staff were excellent, Jude the bellboy was a genuine gentleman and extremely helpfull, he did not hold his hands out for tips. The shuttle to and from the airport is a greta service, the hotel is extremely clean and comfortable

Good food in restaurant - nice designed building / rooms

Having to pay for Wireless. Free Computers down on bar level didn't work well (trivial mistakes like optical mice on shiny surface)

The lobby and restaurant staff at Pullman were warm and welcoming, and the restaurant's grilled shrimp skewers were fantastic. My room was outdated and not as clean as expected, with some unpleasant details like dirty carpets and a poorly functioning shower. Parking fees were an unwelcome surprise.

They were so accomodating, we arrived late following a long international flight to find the staff so helpful, the bar and restuarants open until 11pm and 1am and as usual the most comfortable bed I could have wished for!

The hotel has a great Art Deco vibe, and we loved relaxing at the pool. Plus, the close proximity to the airport, especially with our son's autism support dog. Breakfast had a good quality selection, a hit with the family.

For dads, it would be great if the shuttle was more reliable.

I very much enjoyed the pool. The water fall is such a good idea ecspecially being close to the airport. I also liked that it was a short travel to the airport. Very beautifully decorated and also a good price. I will choose this hotel again if I am in Miami! Thank you!

The only thing I thought was different was there was no top sheet on the bed!
